Remember that show, “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch”? Well, there was a cat on the show named Salem – just like me! And he was very clever and a great companion – just like me! He was all black, though, which is not just like me, but it’s close enough. I do talk, and although I have a number of voices, I can’t seem to put my words into English.
I’m a young boy with lots of energy. I absolutely love toys and will play, play, play…at least until I need a nap. I hope that you will be willing to provide me with lots of toys, and more importantly, someone to play with! Even though I’m active and playful, I am calm and laid back, and I will sprawl in the middle of the floor, just waiting for pets and belly scratches. I’m also very gentle and open to affection and being held and picked up. I would be a good cat for a child or for someone who wants an engaging cat.
I was found as a stray, so no one knows much about my background or what my life was like before. The staff and volunteers here say that they don’t understand how a handsome, active boy like me could end up on the streets. Personally, I’m hoping to just leave it in the past and look to my future, which I think will be very bright!
I’m sure I would make some lucky person or family a great cat. I’m fine with other cats, and I tend to ignore them and just do my own thing, especially if there are toys around. I’m not sure how I would be around a dog, but I would probably be fine given a proper introduction. Are you looking for a smart, playful, sweet, and friendly cat?
